Based on the seminal MTV Sweetheart candy explosion, Cloud I, Candy, the first of the cloud works, fuses the seemingly disconnected large and small scales of matter interaction in the universe, via pop-art icons and sci-fi motion, into a dense synaesthesia.

The cloud theme runs through the work of Zeitguised: a transitionary, metastable cloud that is nothing yet becomes anything, if only for a fleeting moment. A swarming system that shows symptoms of life and the agility of a connected organism, the cloud is a bastardisation of the abstract and the real, a twitching borderline between fiction and concretisation. In a post-anthropocentric motion, the cloud works predict the merging of nano-, bio- and information technologies that will render perpetually evolving shapes into real artefacts.
