Flotsam&Jetsam II: Austrotherm shows a metastable cloud of floating pieces of building insulation. Invisible forces clump the pieces together and pull them apart, like jetsam on a shore.
As in all of the series, the camera does not mimic a human view: led by dynamics and algorithms, it introduces a machine vision. All elements are built entirely in 3D and moved by processes and dynamic code only. The movements have a beginning but are potentially endless; they are rendered to a film only to be exhibited.
